Because of our 15 year, 5-star track record, people ask us all of the time whether or not we think their property could be a revenue generator. Because of that, we now offer one-on-one private consulting to teach people how to set-up , launch & operate their properties for short-term renting. Our consultation rate is $150 per hour. 

Note: We are in the process of creating an extensive educational system called, the STR 101 Course. It is being designed to teach everything a person needs to know to launch and operate a successful short-term rental business of their own.
