Setting up your home: $100 per hr
- Creating the branding and marketing elements
- Getting professional pictures taken
- Setting up & launching all of the platforms
- Helping you with your business licenses and inspections
- Building and printing the welcome book
White-Glove Service: 15%-30%
Every property and location has unique qualities to them. There are variables that dictate what the average rate will be to manage your property. We charge a fee of 15% - 30% of the monthly net income before platform fees and taxes.
Maintenance: $45-$75 per hr
Our service professionals are on standby for most needs you may have in maintaining your luxury home.

*1.5x for emergency or after hour service (normal business hours 8am - 5pm)
*Cost of Generalist and Specialist for owners not in white-glove program are $50/hr and $80/hr, respectively
